46Market riskInterest rate riskThe Group%u2019s exposure to interest rate risk relates primarily to its bank deposits, loans to and held-to-maturity debt instruments. Most of the Group%u2019s financial assets and liabilities bear floating interest rates or fixed interest rates which are close to the market rate, except trade and other current receivables, trade and other current payables and deposits received from rental spaces with no interest charged.
