                                    Super Turtle Public Company Limited 13%u2022 In April 2024, SPRT increased its registered capital from THB 25mn to THB 35mn, with Super Turtle subscribing to 47.5% of the new shares. As a consequence, both Super Turtle and SuperRich held equal shares of 50.0% in SPRT after the capital increase. Later, in January 2025, SPRT further increased its registered capital from THB 35mn to THB 40mn, with both Super Turtle and SuperRich subscribing to the new shares in proportion to their current holdings. As a result, Super Turtle%u2019s shareholding in SPRT remained at 50.0% of the registered capital.%u2022 Throughout the year 2024/25, the Company expanded its shops under the Turtle brand. For the BTS Green Line, 2 new Turtle shops were opened at Saphan Khwai and Ratchathewi stations, and Siam 2 branch was closed to convert the space into leasing space. As a result, as of 31 March 2025, the Company operated a total of 22 Turtle shops on the BTS Green Line (an increase from 21 shops during the same period last year).For the MRT Yellow Line, the Company launched 3 small-sized Turtle shops under brand %u201cTurtle e%u201d at Lat Phrao, Bang Kapi, and Suan Luang Rama IX stations, marking the official expansion of the brand onto a new skytrain route. This brought the total number of Turtle and Turtle e shops on the skytrain network to 25 shops as of 31 March 2025 (an increase from 21 shops during the same period last year).Additionally, the Company expanded its retail business outside the skytrain stations by opening Turtle X at Thana City, which is the second shop in this group (an increase from 1 shop during the same period last year).As of 31 March 2025, the Company had a total of 27 Turtle shops (an increase from 22 shops during the same period last year), demonstrating a continuous growth in its retail network, both in terms of the number of shops and expansion into new locations both within and outside the skytrain system.%u2022 The Company has refurbished leasing spaces located on the BTS Green Line. The total leasable area on the BTS Green Line stations amounted to 6,785 square meters and refurbishments have been completed at a total of 29 stations.
