Social and Community DevelopmentThe Company operates its business with a focus on safety and considers its impact on society, communities and environment, both positive and negative.It actively listens to the opinions of society and community surrounding Turtle Shops. Furthermore, the Company supports and participates in activities orprojects aimed at enhancing society and improving the quality of community life. In 2024/25, the Company engaged in community development activities as follows:1. The Company, in collaboration with BTS Group, wore yellow shirts and participated in the 3rd blood donation event of 2024 on 5 August 2024, at the Sport Hall, BTS Training Center. This event was held to offer merit in honor on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King%u2019s 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary.2. The Company, in collaboration with BTS Group,participated full support for the %u201cVegetarian Food Festival with Nuduan%u201d for the first time on 7-9 October 2024, to commemorate the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King%u2019s 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary. The Company has brought 1,000 pieces of delicious vegetarian mushroom pies from the Turtle Shop, to be distributed to attendees daily, promoting good health, happiness, and shared merit.3. The Company, in collaboration with BTS Group, donated their old desktop calendars in the campaign of %u201cHeroes Give%u201d to repurpose old desktop calendars into Braille learning materials for the Centre of Educational Technology for the Blind, part of the Foundation for the Blind under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the Queen.In 2024/25, no report or complaint regarding the Group%u2019s business operations was submitted by the surrounding communities.Introduction Nature of Business Business Performance Corporate Information Corporate Governance Financial Report Attachment
