82 Super Turtle Public Company LimitedPolicy and Guidelines on Use of Information Technology SystemThe Company uses IT systems in order to promote efficiency and accuracy in the Company%u2019s business as well as to increase the business opportunities. In order to ensure safety in the use of IT systems, such as to prevent the outbreaks of computer virus or cyber-attacks, the Company has set an IT Governance Policy with significant principle that the Personnel must use IT system and information only for the best interest of the Company and the Personnel is prohibited from access and transfer of information with immoral contents, relating to gambling, national security risk or violating of the person%u2019s rights. Policy and Guidelines on Confidentiality and Personal Data PrivacyThe Company comprehends that the information related to the business operations, business and/or any actions taken by the Company, including the information received from or related to the Personnel, customers, business partners, or third parties, whether or not it is personal information, is a valuable asset. Any unauthorized access or disclosure of such information to third parties may result in the impairment of the information and may cause damage, and legal liabilities to the Company and our related persons. Thus, the information must be protected and kept confidential. The collection, use and/or disclosure of information must be performed for the business purposes, in accordance with the laws and the terms of the relevant agreements.In addition, the Company realises the importance of protecting the privacy of personal data and complying with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (as amended) (%u201cPDPA%u201d). The Company continuously organises training to educate employees on matters related to the PDPA including training and workshop to prepare them with knowledge, understanding, and awareness to be able to execute business operations in accordance with law and to prevent and reduce the impact of risks that may arise. The Company also ensures different groups of stakeholders that their personal data rights will be treated in accordance with the law.The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer (%u201cDPO%u201d) to oversee, supervise, and provide guidance on personal data protection in compliance with the PDPA. The Company also collects information from various departments to prepare the Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) in a comprehensive and legally compliant manner.Disclosure and TransparencyThe Company places importance on the disclosure of information. The Board of Directors oversees that the Company%u2019s disclosure of information, both financial and non-financial information, is made in an adequate, complete and timely manner, as well as being regularly and promptly updated on the Company%u2019s website in order to ensure that all shareholders, investors and stakeholders of the Company receive the information and make their investment decision on an equal and informed basis.The Company has established an Investor Relations Department as its point of contact for communications with shareholders, investors, securities analysts and relevant government agencies, as well as arranging the disclosure of information and investor-centric activities.Board ResponsibilitiesThe Board of Directors comprises qualified individuals who have knowledge, experience and expertise in various areas, which are beneficial to the Company%u2019s business operations and in line with its business strategy. The Board of Directors performs their functions and holds their opinions independently. The Board of Directors has the duties and responsibilities to oversee the business operations of the Company to be in compliance with the laws, the Company%u2019s objectives and articles of association and the resolutions of the shareholders%u2019 meetings.
